(this post is severely backdated. lol)
- On angiogram: LMS (Left Main Stem) – direct indication for CABG! Angioplasty won’t help because it forces the walls of the vessels apart and may cause a dissection/fracture of the vessel, leading to entire LV infarct (as opposed to anterior/inferior/posterior)
- APO = acute pulmonary oedema (cheh.. I thought what.. -_-)

I think it is rather disturbing (or gratifying, actually) that the only things I am interested in now (medically) are the ECG and the Echocardiogram (correctly diagnosed a systolic dysfunction and mitral regurge just now! Hee hee!)

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME SPECIFICALLY WHAT IS IT THAT DROPPERS-BY DO?!
OMG.
Argh.
I hate it when people take my time away from me.
I mean there are things you do semi-willingly (:P) – like wake up eaaaaaaaarly every morning to walk over to the hospital to do ward rounds
and there are things you do willingly – like going over to the hospital again in the afternoon for another session
and then there are the things you end up doing although you have absolutely no interest in doing them – things I’d rather not mention here – because you are somewhat obliged to.
It’s those things that annoy the crap out of me. Imagine having to do aforementioned thing on a very frequent basis.
It makes you shrivel up and want to yell at everybody who comes near you. Like this: “OMG GO AWAY. I DON’T FEEL LIKE TALKING TO YOU NOW. GIVE ME MY LIFE BACK AND STOP TELLING ME TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SHIT.”

I wonder if Dr M House Wilson will give me a prescription for antibiotics if I ask for one. This bloody sore throat is getting out of hand.
Off to the hospital.
Turrah.
