(THIS POST HAS BEEN EDITED)
The title says it all I guess.
Haha. I must be feeling sadder than I think I appear because I cannot even play Level 1 of Ice Cream Machine (of Neopets) properly – and trust me – Level 1 is easy until close eyes also can get through that kind… Don’t believe can go ask Swee Leen. Haha see SL I give your blog traffic. You’re welcome.
Siiiiiiighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Oh well. Whatever lah. Am probably going on a paediatric attachment next! Have been quite interested in paediatrics – so hopefully I’ll get to see more of it.
I hope they don’t like put me in a phony environment where everything is perfect because I’m an outsider coming for an attachment and all. *eye roll*
I don’t know what to say anymore… so.
Okla. Bye.

Background Music: Wouldn’t It Be Nice – The Beach Boys
I guess things do happen for a reason – like for real.
If Dr TCardiologistW didn’t happen to not come up to ward 13U on the 15th of February (also, if I had started my attachment on the 19th of February instead of on the day after my exams), I wouldn’t have been made to follow Dr M House Wilson. He would then only remain in my memory as the assy doc who was assy (redundant! but whatever la ok) and dominating over his very-nice-but-quiet colleague (Dr A who is very pleasant and sweet and endearing).
So yes. Remember all the times people tell you to count your blessings and to not be whiny and ask for more when you’ve already gotten what most people don’t get?
Things happen for a reason – and if you believe – they always turn out for the better. :)
(I mean what are the odds?! 13U isn’t where he usually works. He could’ve been Dr J, or Dr S, or Dr N – who aren’t very nice people at all in reality, but only when there are other more significant people around. He could’ve easily been a graduate from another medical school and not give two hoots about me. He could’ve graduated from IMU and still not give two hoots about me *pointed look at Swee Leen*. He could’ve been a typical normal unremarkable MO.)
(When one puts together all these very very very real possibilities, one begins to see that this is perhaps more luck than one is normally allowed.)
So YES PEOPLE. I am okay now! :)
PS. I am now thinking about this quote I saw on this nondescript cheesy landscape painting hanging on the wall of the antechamber of the Cardiology ward while waiting to give Dr M House Wilson his thank you card. I don’t remember the quote exactly, but it was something about the truly happy people being able to “extract” happiness from daily events – or something to that effect. Again, out of the (approximately) 10 paintings, I had to notice this one. LOL.
PPS. Ok I shall stop now in fear of starting to sound preachy. :P
